One year already passed, don’t really notice the time passing by this fast. Just over one year ago, the client announced its intention to revamp its Information Technology (IT) system. On 8 March 2006, people can read in the newspaper (The Nation newspaper, Thailand) that Foremost announced that it would invest over 400 million baht (estimated 11.4 million USD) in an overhaul of its information technology system. SAP had been chosen to replace its legacy system.

Well it’s done already.

Moving forward, marching with clients, enabling the new enterprise-wide system are some of the excitement in the implementation project. Three companies had gone alive with the new integrated system. They are all now continuing and enhancing their business. Project is closed…

But then, what’s happening to us, consultants? Moving forward, next one is to implement the system for the client in Malaysia. So, let’s move on.
